Fairway Market just opened in the neighbourhood.

After much construction and landscaping Fairway Market opened with little fanfare.
I am thrilled that it is just 3 blocks away. It is huge, well lit and clean. There are many varieties of BC grown produce. How can I not enjoy cooking now?

There are 3 or 4 "convenience" or corner stores near by that this will probably hurt but the establishments are small dirty and seem to sell rotten produce and out of date food.

There are also a few low income townhouses in the area and this will sure help provide cost effective nutrition.
