An Owl

While still at a bit of a distance down the block from our front gate, I noticed someone in jeans standing on the rock wall of the fence. I assumed it was "Lensy Lohan", nick name for the dufus landlord guy, taking photos of the dead and dangerous branches of the two huge trees at the front gate. It was actually a neighbor in our yard taking photos up the tree. She came over to check out what had been driving the crows nuts. It was a big owl. I got my camera and took a few pics. The angle is all wrong for a good shot but at one point the owl was looking at us with vague curiosity. I think trying to decide if we were a threat or just paparazzi. The answer is obvious.
