Christmas in Naniamo
On my way to Naniamo via Schmender Fare for those who have seen "To wong Fu, Thanks for Everthing Julie Newmar", or more commonly known as the Greyhound Bus. As there is not much to do on a fully packed bus where everyone is plugged into ipods. Stretching out is impossible, knitting a bit invasive for my seat mate and reading made me a tad ill. It was a perfect time to try out my new Fujifilm Finepix S1500. Thank you Hubby for a powerful camera that fits in my tiny hands. The downside of photography from a moving vehicle is that everything wizzed by in blurry streaks. This is the one tree that stood out.
Jade is the cutest puppy ever. She is rather well behaved for such a young pup but there was an added aire of chaos to the evening.
The fantastically foggy Christmas was more like a Stephen King novel than a Norman Rockwell painting. On the bright side nothing came out of the mist to eat us.
