Green Smoothies #3 & #4
No pictures because they all are looking pretty much the same.
#3 - yummy with no problems but #4 was not blended enough or too skimpy on fruit as it had to re-blend 3 times and was still a bit like eating mulch or how I imagine it would be if you ate mulch. I started with just the mango and half lb of strawberries but the concoction did not have much fruit flavor so in went the rest of the strawberries, grapes and banana. Tastes much more pleasing but still not the right consistency. Will stick to seedless grapes from now on or investing in a high speed blender may be in order. This is a trial phase to see if it is an eating habit that will form before I spend a pile of $$ on a spiffy blender.
1 small bunch carrot tops
1 Chard leaf
2 Kale leaves
1 Mango
1 banana
1 lb (16 oz)strawberries
2/3 lb (16 oz) seeded grapes
