Merrry Christmas

I hardly ever write as pictures can tell such a story on their own.

Robert and I had a nice quite evening with Roberts Mom, Maria. We had artichoke dip, zuchini sticks, rum & coke. Maria has promised to share the recipe for the artichoke dip. It is so yummy. For dessert we had baking from Katy. Which was a yummy treat.

It is now Christmas morning, just past 1am and we are still awake. I spent the afternoon wrapping presents though we said that there is to be no exchanging of gifts this year, except for the kids of course. I work at the Bay so could not pass up a few of the sales and it is all practical stuff. :)

Dad bought an Imac on ebay for me. It is a big leap forward though was all in French when I got it as it came from Montreal. Some of the programs still are French so I might be asking for a few translations from those who are a bit more bilingual than me. :)

Now Robert and I are side by side playing on the computers. He is sending off e-cards, looking up stethoscopes on ebay and unusual firetrucks on google.

This year has gone by very fast. I have been thinking about how lucky I am to have such wonderful people in my life. There was so much help with the wedding. It still blows me away. That everyone pitched in and went way beyond my expectations. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I still have to get those thank you cards out. I started a job at Victoria Classic Lingerie just after getting back from the honeymoon so have been working 6 days a week since. There I am enjoying learning about sales and not sewing. Needless to say there has been little free time. What I do have is spent with Sadie or Robert.

Goodnight and Seasons Greetings.
