Crochet beginner

Just made my first crocheted wash cloth. Other than being wobbly, uneven and yellow. It worked out pretty good. It is one of many yet to be made as practice and for dishes.

The second wash cloth is much more even and the edges are less wobbly. It is rectangle and made with yellow, orange and pink. Using up the small balls of cotton Mom sent and getting into the rhythm of the new stitches I am learning. (Pictures below)

On the left, first attempt at a new stitch and pattern. On the right, same stitch but me just winging it.
