mini feast

Tonight I made:
Grilled salmon
Corn on the cob
Steamed asparagus and kale
Sauteed mushrooms in rosemary & garlic butter with zucchini & tomatoes

It was a tad over cooked but yummy. I had a huge dinner plate full while Robert took a small plate. He must be wary of my cooking as it is rare. "yep" (Robert)

Next is to make mac and cheese from scratch.
