Just 3 days in...

I have decided to cut sugar out of my diet. As many of you know I have a ravenous sweet tooth so this is a bit of a challenge. I have been cooking veggies, grilling salmon and eating lots of oatmeal, even had it for desert with plain yogurt and toast with organic butter.

To combate the sugar cravings I have Stevia leaf to sweeten things. It is very different but is very sweet and does the trick. Getting used to it in black coffee has been weird but it still tastes better than most of what is avalible at the coffee shops down town. It is in a liquid with a lil dropper so very convenient. I also have Flaxseed oil for the veggies and Flaxseed meal for yogurt and oatmeal to add a bit of flavor and nutrition.
